This forty-five year old lady is seen 19 years after augmentation with polyurethane-covered implants. She had firm bilateral scar tissue encapsulation around both implants. She underwent removal of all the scar tissue and insertion of new implants 450 cc textured gels. She is seen one year after surgery with soft, supple, natural looking breasts.

This forty-three year old lady underwent removal and replacement of 19 year old 350 cc gel implants because one had ruptured. She now has 800cc gel implants. Because of her wide shoulders, she can have larger implants and still look natural, full, and balanced without appearing top-heavy and unnatural. She is seen one month after surgery.

This fifty-two year old lady who underwent circumareolar, subglandular augmentation with textured 275 cc saline implants 17 years previously. A few years ago she noted a fold in the implant wall on the left side and some firmness of both breasts. She underwent removal and replacement of both saline implants with larger 375 cc smooth-walled gel implants, still in the subglandular plane. She now has a more natural shape with soft breasts.

This fifty-one year old lady underwent removal and replacement with larger silicone gel implants - now 425 cc. Opening and revising the implant pockets gave her a much more natural shape and aesthetic improvement.

This thirty-seven year old lady underwent circumarealor submuscular breast augmentation in 2001. Textured 360 cc saline implants were used. She did well and was pleased for 8 ½ years. In the fall of 2009 she noted gradual deflation of her left breast implant, without any history of injury or trauma. She underwent removal and replacement of the textured saline implants with larger 450 cc gel implants. She is now 2 months post-op and is delighted with her “improved look”.

Thirty eight year old female with severe encapsulation of both breasts, which occurred seventeen years after insertion of “MEME” implants over the muscle. Seen three years after insertion of newer gel implants under the muscle. Dramatic improvement.
