The phrase “natural looking” meant a lot, Dr. Buchanan’s qualifications, affiliation with Cottage Hospital, anesthesiologists and before & after photos on the website made me set up a consultation. Then the warmth and efficiency of the office staff and meeting Dr. Buchanan made me schedule the surgery (I had three previous consultations with other surgeons who did not inspire as much confidence or make me feel as comfortable).
Staff and Dr. B. were all very supportive and explained everything in detail. It’s important to feel trust when you are considering these kinds of surgery.
I am greatful for the professionalism and skill you all exhibited. I am much happier with my appearance than prior to surgery.
